SHAPE SHIFT is a 12-week self-run training program designed to help you build lean muscle, shape your physique, and create a balanced, strong body — with a focus on glute and lower body development. Perfect for women who want a proven plan to follow independently, without coaching, but still want expert-level programming and structure.

This is coaching that comes with you anywhere you go. You’ll get a personalised plan, weekly check-ins, and all the tools you need to achieve your goals — all delivered through my coaching app for easy tracking and communication.It’s literally never been easier to achieve your goals.

Personal Training

There’s nothing like having a coach right there beside you. Personal training gives you the guidance, support, and accountability you need to maximise every session and see results faster. I’ll tailor every workout to your goals, push you when you need it, and make sure your technique is spot on, PLUS you get the online coaching experience as well.
